9例胃肠道外间质瘤的MRI表现 被引量：1

摘要 间质瘤（stromal tumors）最初是指既非平滑肌肿瘤亦非神经鞘瘤的一类中间类型肿瘤，目前特指胃肠道来源于间叶组织的一类特殊肿瘤。它可发生在胃肠道的任何部位，最常见的是胃，部分发生在胃肠道外，如腹膜、肠系膜、网膜等。胃肠道外间质瘤（EGIST）少见，仅占问质瘤的5％-10％，
