Path to Network Risk Defense of Dominant Ideology

网络意识形态安全问题涉及不同的层次。总体而言,它自内而外分为文化主权独立、网络阵地巩固、信息边疆完整三个层次。在信息化迅猛发展的态势下,它们均面临不同程度的挑战。为此,应加强意识形态的风险防御。在坚守文化主权的前提下,认识和弥补自身的文化缺憾,不断提升主流意识形态的网络影响力。同时,面对网络文化传播方式和渗透方式的变迁,拓展主流意识形态的网络阵地。还应建立国家"防火墙",保护信息边疆,从而构筑起多重安全防线。

Network security of ideology involves different levels. It is generally divided into three levels from the inside, including independence of cultural sovereignty, consolidation of network position, and completeness of information frontier. With the rapid development of information technology, they are confronted with challenges of different levels. Therefore, risk management of ideology shall be strengthened. On the premise of keeping cultural sovereignty, recognizing and making up cultural defects, the net- work influence of dominant ideology shall be improved. At the same time,faced with the changes in the way of network culture spreading and infiltration,we should expand the network position of the mainstream ideology. We should establish a national ＂firewall＇, protecting information frontier, and setting up a multidimensional defense line.
