首都地区人才效能差异化实证研究——基于产业层面数据 被引量:7

摘要 效能是度量人才资源配置效率的标志性指标。文章考察了首都地区人才效能的总体发展态势,并按照学历层次、宏观产业、新兴产业的标准研究了人才效能的差异化特征。结论表明,该地区人才资源效能水平在逐年提高,说明人才资源配置结构在不断优化;从学历层次看,效能的高低与学历成正相关关系;而人才效能的宏观产业差异化特征明显,第二产业的收入型效能高于第三产业,第三产业的利润型效能高于第二产业;在新兴产业领域,金融、文化创意以及物流会展等人才效能显著,这为首都地区未来重点产业选择提供了直接证据。 Performance is an iconic indicator in measuring efficiency of human resource allocation. The article examines the overall development trend of talent performance in the Capital region and studies differentiation characteristics according to education levels, macro-industrial and emerging industry standards. The conclusions show that the performance level of the talent resources is improving year by year, and the structure of the talent resources allocation is in continuous optimization. The research indicates that there is a positive correlation between performance level and education background;the differentiated characteristics of macro-industry talent performance is apparent, with the secondary industry higher than the tertiary industry in the income-type performance ; and the tertiary industry is higher than secondary industry in profits performance. In emerging industries, talent performance of financial, cultural creative and logistics exhibition is significant. Therefore,it provides direct evidence to select important industries in the Capital region in the future.
