布地奈德、异丙托溴胺及沙丁胺醇联合采用压缩空气式雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘55例临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察布地奈德、异丙托溴胺及沙丁胺醇联合采用压缩空气式雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将110例支气管哮喘急性发作的患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组(每组55例),对照组给予吸氧、输液、肾上腺皮质激素、氨茶碱等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用布地奈德、异丙托溴胺及沙丁胺醇联合采用压缩空气式雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为98.2%和76.4%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德、异丙托溴胺及沙丁胺醇联合采用压缩空气式雾化吸入法能迅速及时有效地缓解哮喘发作的症状,挽救生命,方法简便易行,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the effect of budesonide, ipratropium bromide and salbutamol combined with using compressed air spray inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 110 cases of acute attack of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group (55 cases each) , the control group was given oxygen, infusion, adrenal cortical hormone, aminophylline and other conventional treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on the use of budesonide, ipratropium bromide and salbutamol three were combined with the use of compressed air atomization inhalation treatment, clinical symptoms improved between two groups. Results The treatment group and the control group in the total efficiency was 98.2% and 76. 4% respectively, there was significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The method of budesonide, ipratropium bromide and salbutamol three were combined with the use of compressed air atomization inhalation can rapidly and effectively relieve asthma symptoms, saving life, method simple, worthy of clinical application.
