高压氧治疗突发性耳聋疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment of Sudden Deafness

目的探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法对2004-01～2011-12间,门诊和入院的54例突发性耳聋患者,在常规口服血管扩张药物,静脉注射低分子右旋糖酐、丹参外,同时采用多人空气加压舱治疗,治疗前后均行电测听检查。结果 54例突发性耳聋病例中,治愈30例,显效12例,好转8例,总有效率92.6%。结论 HBO治疗是一种非常有效的治疗手段,对突发性耳聋及早治疗,是阻止内耳微循环障碍,改善内耳微循环和提高治愈率的关键。

Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） treatment of sudden deafness. Methods 54 cases of sudden deafness outpatients or inpatients, from 2004 -01 to 2011 -12, were observed. The patients on the conventional treatment of the oral vasodilator drugs and intravenous injection of low molecular dextran and salvia, while were given the air compression therapy. Audiometry examination was performed before and after treatment. Results A total of 54 cases of patients were cured 30 cases, effective in 12 cases, 8 cases improved. The total effective rate was 92.6%. Conclusion HBO therapy is a very effective means of treatment. Early treatment of sudden deafness is the key to prevent inner ear microcirculation disorder, improve inner ear microcirculation and improve the cure rate.
