摘要
人才是最活跃的先进生产力。创新人才是医院发展的保障和根本,如何使用、培养、保护好一线创新人才,是每一家医院管理者值得认真思考的问题。本文从选好创新人才、用好创新人才、管好创新人才三管齐下,阐述了如何加大人才机制改革的创新力度,在重视高薪、住房等物质待遇吸引人才的同时,更要注重内部人才的培养和使用,形成尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重创造、尊重个性的良好氛围,以优势的体制和机制培育一线的创新人才。
The talented man is most active and advanced productivity. The new talented man is the base and ensure to make hospital progress. How use, incubate and protect the talented man is the problem that should be considered by manager. This paper had discussed the detail in the area to use and manage the talented man.
