摘要
数控编程中,加工轨迹直接影响零件的质量和切削过程的效率。对加工轨迹的几何形状进行优化显得尤为重要。采用具有高阶连续特性的非均匀有理B样条曲线替代传统的直线、圆弧来描述切削轨迹。基于ObjectARX开发平台,应用遗传算法与参数化建模思想,对NURBS刀具轨迹进行基于控制点的优化,产生曲率过渡平滑,控制点精简的切削轨迹。
As the quality of the machining tool path affects the quality of the surface and the efficient of the ma-chining process directly in the CNC programming, the importance of optimization of the geometry is self-evident. By using the non-uniform rational spline curve, which has a characteristic of higher order continuities, instead of the traditional Line-Arc pattern to describe the machining tool path. The optimization based on the control points in NURBS is implemented in the ObjectARX programming environment, using genetic algorithm and the idea of para-metric modeling, resulting in a tool path with smooth curvature transition and streamlined control points.
