老弱病残火灾事故伤亡原因及消防对策

A Study of Casualties of Vulnerable Groups in Fire Disasters

通过对火灾起数、区域、季节、时间等方面进行比较,对老弱病残弱势群体在火灾事故中伤亡的原因进行了分析,研究了人员消防安全意识、消防安全管理、消防队伍建设等问题,提出有针对性的对老弱病残弱势群体的消防安全管理措施,为今后有效遏制弱势群体火灾多发势头提供一定的参考作用。

This paper analyzes the causes of casusualties of vulnerable groups in fire disasters in terms of the nember of fire disasters, locations and time, including fire safety awareness, fire safety management and fire forces. This pa- per offers some fire safety measures to check the increasing number of casualties of vulnerable in fire disastera.
