谈闲置厂库房的消防安全管理对策

On the Fire Safety Management of Idle Storehouses

由于消防条件先天不足和消防管理不力等原因,闲置厂房、仓库改建所存在的消防安全问题必须引起高度重视,切实通过采取明晰消防职责、严格消防审验、加强部门联动、强化基础建设等有效措施来消除闲置厂房、仓库的消防安全隐患,严防火灾事故的发生。

The attention is to be paid to the fire safety management of idle storehouses due to the lack of fire equip- ment and poor management in them. This paper suggests that fire risk be eliminated by assigning the definite fire re- sponsibility, consolidating the fire check and the cooperation between relevant units.
