Effect of Assistive Devices on Tumble Accident in Hemiplegia Patient

目的:探讨辅助器具使用对在社区生活的残疾人士跌倒事件发生的影响。方法:对使用辅助器具残疾人与未使用辅助器具的残疾人发生跌倒事件进行比较。结果:参与试验研究对象121人,使用辅助器具组53人,35人发生跌倒,跌倒发生率为66.04%;未使用辅助器具组68人,58人发生跌倒,跌倒发生率85.29%;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辅助器具可以降低生活中偏瘫患者跌倒事件的发生率。

Objective To in the community. Methods explore the effect of assistive devices on tumble accident of hemiplegia patient 121 patients with hemiplegia were divided into rehabilitation treatment group for 53 cases and un-rehabilitation treatment group for 68 cases. By visiting hemiplegia patients, making a retros- pective studies, comparing the difference, we compared the fall events of hemiplegia patients between two groups. Simultaneously, we also contrasted the tumble accidents of hemiplegia patients anterior-posterior using assistive devices. Results 35 patients failed down in rehabilitation treatment group, the fall incidence rate was 66.04% While 58 patients failed down in un-rehabilitation treatment group, the fall incidence rate was 85.29%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy can reduce the fall incidence rate of hemiplegia patients in the community.
