新一代髓内钉InterTAN在股骨近端骨折中的临床应用

摘要 目的:探索应用新一代髓内钉InterTAN治疗股骨近端骨折的适应证、手术技巧及临床疗效。方法:对本院2010年3月-2011年10月收治的35例股骨近端骨折病例采用新一代髓内钉InterTAN进行内固定治疗。所有病例治疗方法均为先行骨牵引获得骨折复位后,再使用InterTAN进行手术内固定。结果:35例患者均获得随访,随访时间3~8个月,平均(6.2±0.5)个月;手术时间50~125min,平均(75.0±6.5)min,术后住院时间为7~15d,平均(11.O±1.2)d,其中32例骨折患者在3个月内获临床愈合,平均愈合时间为10.7周;34例患者术后逐渐恢复到术前的行走水平。93%的患者在术后1周内疼痛缓解,无骨折再移位,无内固定失效、内置物松动,无髋内翻,无股骨头缺血性坏死,无感染发生。结论:新一代髓内钉InterTAN固定技术可用于治疗各型股骨近端骨折,具有手术创伤小、固定可靠、安全性高、术后恢复和骨折愈合快、并发症少等特点。
