On Liu Guojun's Management Philosophy

刘国钧在经营广益布厂和大成纺织染公司的思想理念表现在三个方面:一是"实业救国"的爱国主义指导思想;二是在经营方式上,实行自纺自织自染的"一贯"工程,提高工人工资待遇,扩大销售市场,稳步发展;三是重视新设备新技术和人才,特别是实用技术和有实践经验的技术专家,以及具有使用价值的二手设备,并注重提高普通职工的文化技能。

Liu Guojun＇s philosophy in managing Guangyi Fabric Mill and Dacheng Textile Dyeing Company is mainly represented in three aspects： 1） propelling the country with industry; 2） develo~ ping an integrated textile industry encompassing spinning, weaving and dyeing, increasing workers＇ salary, and expanding the market; 3） attaching importance to advanced equipments, new technologies and talented persons and enhancing the literacy of common workers.
