摘要
本自动测试系统利用LabVIEW控制接口仪器,对PWM电路关键点波形进行自动测量并保存输出,从而判断电路组件是否达到预定功能。一方面代替了人工操作仪器,使之加智能化;另一方面还把仪器的测量结果返回到电脑上,对测量结果进行智能判断,对测量数据集中显示和判断,从而实现自动测试。本文对PWM电路组件功能测试系统的硬件等主要环节进行了详尽的叙述。
The proposed system uses LabVIEW to control interface instrument, automatically measures and preserves output of the key waveforms of PWM, so as to judge if the circuit component achieves the expected circuit functions. On the one hand it replaces the manual operation of instruments through intellectualization; On the other hand, it feedback the instrument measurement results to your computer, intelligently judge the measurement results, displays and judges measurement data, thereby realizing automatic measurement. This paper describes in detail the main links, such as hardware, of PWM circuit component function test system.
