摘要
印制电路板(PCB)是电子产品中电子元件的支撑件。印制板的接地方式非常重要,如果地线布线不合理,就可能引起不可接受的测量误差。本文分析了几种接地方式,探讨了地线带来的干扰,并通过对一个典型的运算放大电路地线连接的分析,来说明PCB中地线正确连接的重要性和接地原则。
Printed Circuit Board(PCB) is the support part for electronic components in electronic products. The grounding mode is very important for PCB. Unreasonable grounding may cause unacceptable test error. The article discusses several grounding ways and investigates the electro-magnetic interference from the ground wire; it also demonstrates the importance of correct grounding and the grounding principles for PCB's ground wire through analyzing a typical operational amplifier.
