摘要
介绍了利用廉价的煤炭废弃物——煤矸石为原料,经过高温(1600℃)碳热还原氮化而获得高性能的氮氧化物复合材料的,从实验室走向工业化试生产的竖式高温煤矸石氮化炉。详述了该炉的设计思路、结构及使用情况。
Use cheap coal waste-coal guague as raw material through high temperature carbon-thermal reduction nitriding,the high property nitrogen-oxidate compound materials were obtained.The vertical high temperature coal-gangue nitriding furnace was studied out,it’s from laboratory to industrialization test production stage,moreover its design idea,construction and use condition were detailed too.
