环形铁粒幼细胞性难治性贫血伴血小板增多一例

摘要 患者男，87岁，于2010年10月出现乏力、失眠，当时未予重视。1个月后到当地县中医院就诊，血常规结果示贫血，给予再造生血片等药物治疗20d未见好转。2011年1月28日当地医院行骨髓穿刺，骨髓象结果示：
