摘要
双作用式叶片泵的几何排量一般难以改变,导致运用受到限制。提出了一种双作用式变流量叶片泵结构原理,它不像传统的变量泵那样通过改变有效密封容积而改变泵的输出流量,而是通过改变可旋转的配流盘与固定配流盘的重叠窗口角的大小,进而改变配流盘口液阻大小和改变吸液管中流速大小来改变输出流量。通过对伯努利方程的分析,证明了上述原理的正确性,可供进一步研究作参考。
Double acting variable vane pump geometric displacement is generally difficult to change, which may restrict its use. This paper proposes a double acting variable vane pump structure theory, it is not like the traditional variable pump that by changing the effective change of pump seal volume output flow, but through the change of flow can rotate with plate and fixed port plate overlap angle to the window size, and change the port plate mouth fluid resistance size, changing to absorb fluid flow velocity in size to change output flow, and using Bernoulli equation to the above principles are briefly proof for further research for reference.
