基于CCD和模糊PID的火曲线位置控制研究及仿真

摘要 火曲自动线是火曲件生产的必要趋势,工件批次和规格的参差不齐及链传动过程中工件的偏移都会导致火曲线位置与高温加热烧嘴出现线性偏差,使得工件在预定的时间内难以充分加热而影响到工件的质量和寿命。针对此线性偏差问题,通过CCD在线检测系统进行火曲工件图像的获取,用MATLAB工具中的edge函数并采用Sobel算子来实现图像边缘的检测,最后通过模糊算法、模糊PID算法来实现四通阀控制的差动液压缸对火曲线位置校正控制的优化。 Bending automatic line is a necessary trend of the bending workpiece production, Due to the unevenness of workpiece batches and specifications and skewing during the chain drive, it may bring about linear bias between bending line and high temperature burner, which may have an Impact on workpiece quality for inadequate heating in a predetermined time period.In order to solve it, Firstly, to achieve the image acquisition of bending workpiece through the CCD online detection system. Then the image edge is detected with the edge function and Sobet operator in MATLAB tool. The position correction control by four way valve controlled hydraulic differential cylinder is optimized with fuzzy PID.
