摘要
随钻地层压力测量(FPWD)技术可为高效安全钻井提供有力保障。由于钻井过程中存在高温、高压和大载荷等极端情况,因此其关键技术是设计性能可靠的随钻地层压力测量装置,保证测试过程的稳定性与测试数据可靠性。利用SolidWorks软件构建FPWD装置的数字样机,在虚拟环境中进行优化设计、运动模拟、力学性能测试,检测潜在设计缺陷,为FPWD装置设计的可行性、力学稳定性提供预先检验及互动调整的良好平台,避免了FPWD装置实际加工与测试中出现的问题。
Formation pressure test while drilling (FPWD) can provide powerful guarantee for drill- ing in efficient and safety . Because the drilling process exists extreme situation,such as high tem- perature and high pressure and large load, so its technical key is to form a reliable device of forma- tion pressure test while drilling, guaranteeing the stability of the testing process and reliability of testing data. This paper builds the FPWD digital prototype using SolidWorks software in a virtual environment for optimization design, motion simulation, mechanical testing and potential design flaws testing. The FPWD digital prototype provides an advance inspection and interactive adjust- ment platform for the reliability of the design and the mechanical stability of the FPWD device,a- voiding the problems of FPWD device in actual processing and testing.
