新型转子式油气混输泵出口球阀运动规律分析 被引量:3

摘要 参考往复泵球阀相关理论,考虑液体的压缩性及连续流动条件、魏氏效应、阀球的动力特性,建立了新型转子式油气混输泵出口球阀在纯液工况下的运动微分方程组。在阀球材质分别为聚甲醛、陶瓷、钢的条件下,采用龙格-库塔方法建立泵阀运动规律仿真模型,利用Matlab软件进行仿真计算,得到阀球升程、速度与时间的关系曲线。 Consulted the related theory of reciprocating pump ball valve,considered the compressi bility of liquid, the Wester phenomenon, continuous flow conditions of liquid and the dynamic characteristics of the ball. The motion differential equations were constructed, which described the movement rules of new rotor oil-gas mixture pump export ball valve in pure liquid condition. In the condition of different material of ball valve, which are of daicel, ceramics and steel, using the Rungekutta method to establish computerized simulation model and doing a simulate calculation for new rotor oil-gas mixture pump export ball valve by using the MATLAB software. The rela- tionship curve about valve lift, ball speed and time was got.
