摘要
针对现有堵塞器漏失量大、出口形状及尺寸不合理、流量调节精度低以及必须投捞死嘴的问题,采用室内试验研究与现场施工测试的方法,研制了新型免投捞堵塞器。新型免投捞堵塞器的密封性能和调节性能得到了提高,并实现了堵塞器1次投捞到位。有效地提高了分注测调效率,缩短了测调周期。具有测试精度和效率高的优势,且能够很好地适应长庆油田分层注水测调技术的发展。
In view of the questions,which are large leakage,illegitimate size,low degree of regula- tion and fishing fixed nozzle of current plug, used laboratory testing and field testing process, to develop the new-non fishing plug？ Its sealing and regulating property advanced and the plug real- ized one step in installation. It improved the testing regulation of separate injection,shortened the regulation period, and it presents higher accuracy and efficiency advantages. And it can adapt well for testing technology development in separated injection in ChangQing oilfield.
