摘要
分析了特殊螺纹油套管与API标准产品的不同之处,指出应通过优化和改进螺纹、密封以及扭矩台肩3个部分的相关参数,以保证管柱结构完整性和密封完整性。介绍了国内发展比较成熟的特殊螺纹油套管及其相关技术特点。针对目前国内研究和生产现状,提出了特殊螺纹油套管的发展建议。
To ensure column structural integrity and sealing integrity, the difference between API and premium connection products were analyzed and the improvement and optimization in related parameters of three parts （The threaded portion,Sealing part,and torque shoulder） were put for ward. And then more mature products of premium connection in China domestic and related teeh nical feathers have been introduced and investigated in detail. Focusing on the current situation of research and production,some proposals for developing domestic products of premium connection were put forward.
