成都市某医疗机构医务人员吸烟及影响因素调查

Smoking Behavior and its Influencial Factors of the Medical Personnel in a Medical Institution in Chengdu

目的对成都市某医疗机构医务人员吸烟行为及影响因素进行调查,发现吸烟行为的主要影响因素,为制定吸烟的干预策略提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法抽取成都市某医院,对该医院所有员工进行问卷调查。结果该医院医务人员的吸烟率为11.6%,影响医务人员吸烟行为的主要因素有性别、职业、收入。男性的医务人员吸烟率较高,担任后勤职务的医务人员吸烟率较高,收入越高,医务人员的吸烟行为概率越高。结论医务人员的吸烟率较高,应对医院医务人员的吸烟进行控制,特别是男性、高收入和后勤医务人员,并加强控烟的宣传教育,以进一步提高医院就医的健康环境。

Objective To investigate the smoking behavior and influential factors among the medical personnel in a medical institution in Chengdu and discover the major influential factors,so as to provide scientific basis for intervention strategies.Method One medical institution is sampled and all of the personnel are investigated with a questionnaire,of which the smoking behavior and influential factors are the main items.Results The smoking rate of medical personnel in the hospital is 11.6%.The main influential factors of the smoking behavior are gender,career and income.The smoking behavior rate of the male medical personnel is higher than the female,and the logistic personnel group smoke more heavily than other career groups.The higher the income medical personnel receive,the higher of a smoking behavior rate they have.Conclusion The smoking rate of the medical personnel is high so measures should be taken to control smoking,especially towards the male medical personnel,the higher income group and the logistic group.There is also need to enforce the promotion and smoking control education,so as to improve the environment of the hospital.
