木里县人群结核病知识知晓率与影响因素分析

Multifactor Analysis of TB Knowledge Among People in Muli County

目的了解木里县群众结核病防治知识知晓情况及影响知识知晓的因素,为进一步加强结核病防治健康教育与健康促进工作提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样法对抽样村所有年龄大于15周岁以上人员进行问卷调查,采用多因素回归分析进行影响因素的分析。结果调查对象肺结核知识平均得分为2.78±1.33分(满分为5分),影响知晓率合格的因素有性别、年龄、民族、既往肺结核史。结论木里县居民非结核知识掌握较差,应该有针对的进行结核病防治健康教育。

Objective To learn the TB related knowledge level among citizens in Muli country of Sichuan province,and analyze the influential factors.Method One village was selected by random cluster sampling and field questionnaire survey was conducted among the villagers who were over.Results The average score of knowledge level was 2.78±1.33.Influential factors include gender,and age,race,and medical history.Conclusion The knowledge level on TB far from sufficiency amony residents in Muli county.TB health education should be implemented among them in a timely manner.
