摘要
英国波能利用历史悠久,已提出波力发电装置专利三百五十多个,其技术居世界前列。本文概述了波能利用的历史、介绍了七十年代以来英国几种主要的波力发电装置,指出存在的问题及今后发展前景。
The United Kingdom is a country with a long history In utilizing ocean wave energy More than 350 wave power generating devices havw been patented so far making the UK occuping a leading position in the technology for ocean wave en- orgy development. This paper reviews the history of wave energy utilization and describes some of the major wave power generating devices developed in the UK since the 1970s. Problems existing in this field are also discussed and future developments are prospected.
