摘要
通过对某公司阳极生产工艺进行分析,发现阳极球磨粉的制取方法落后,不能有效的保证粉料的质量。本文详细介绍了该公司针对以上问题所采取的开路循环球磨粉制取新技术的开发与应用以及球磨粉比表面分析控制技术的应用等一系列优化改进措施。实践证明优化改进后阳极粉料质量稳定,减少了粉料对预焙阳极生产的影响,并提高了阳极的质量。
Through analyzing of the anode production process in a company,it is found that the quality of ball milled powers are unwarrantable due to back- ward manufacturing method. A series of improvement measures of this company are taken, such as open cycling ball milling technology, analyzing and con- trolling for specific surface area of ball milled powers, etc. After optimization improvement, the quality of anode powers is steady, the influences of powers on prebaked anode production are reduced and the anode quality is improved.
