摘要
针对高渗透微电网接入配电系统后,给主网调度稳定运行和可靠性带来困难这一问题,基于Multi-agent提出一种新的微网控制模型,该模型将微网及内部单元作为a-gent节点行为,构建了微网的两层控制体系:对底层单元agent采用恒功率和恒频恒压控制方法;对上层微网agent,提出恒交换功率控制策略,使微电网在并网运行时表现为单一的可控负荷,微网与主网的交换功率维持恒定,减少主网的调度难度。通过建立微网两层控制体系相应的具体模型,并对两层控制体系之间的协同策略作具体分析,保证了微电网在不同运行模式下的稳定运行。在PSCAD中进行建模仿真,结果表明,该控制模型使微电网并网和孤网时均能可靠运行,且保证了对主网调度的友好性。
Numerous microgrids are connected to power distribution system,which bring challenge for the stability and reliability of dispatching operation for main network.In this paper,a kind of novel control model for microgrid is proposed based on Multi-agent method,in which the mcirogrids and their inner units are taken as agent behavior,and two layer control system of microgrid is built.In this system,the agents in lower layer units are controlled by constant power and constant frequency/constant voltage methods,and the agents in higher layers are controlled by constant power exchanging strategy,which make the operation of grid-connected microgrids be a single controllable load.Then the power exchanging between microgrid and main network maintains constant,which decreases the dispatching difficulty.Through the analysis of detail model of two-layer control system and collaborative strategy between two-layer control systems,the stable operation of micirogrid is guaranteed under different operation model.The modeling and simulation results obtained by PSCAD show that this control model can assure microgrid operate stably in grid-connected and isolated cases,and guarantees the dispatching operation friendliness of main network.
