The shipping industry is strug- gling along in 2012 amidst various unfavorable conditions such as continuous depression of the global economy, slow recovery of international trade, excessive rapid growth of mar- ket carrying capacity and in- creasingly high fuel cost. How to solve the unbalance, discor- dance and unsustainability is- sue has become an urging task of general concern of the ship- ping industry.
