A Stable Open-Loop V/F Control Method for PMSM

摘要 针对永磁同步电机传统开环V/F控制方式的不稳定现象,提出了一种改善V/F控制系统稳定性的控制方法。通过分析永磁同步电机稳态矢量图,得到含有电阻压降补偿的给定电压来替代传统人为设定的V/F曲线;根据瞬时功率理论,通过探测无功功率的快速变化量对频率进行反馈,从而实现稳定控制。试验结果表明该方法简单有效,能明显改善控制系统的不稳定现象。 Unstable phenomena of the open-loop V/F controlled PMSM, and a novel approach of improving stable V/F controlled PMSM is proposed. In this paper, through analyzing the PMSM steady state vector diagram, the voltage reference includes the voltage drop of stator resistance compensation instead of the V/F curves. For stability control, used frequency feedback which is based on the definition of instantaneous complex power. Experiment results demonstrate that it can suppress the oscillations of the rotor speeds effectively.
