摘要
针对核工业γ相机,研制了一套完整的电路,包括前置放大电路、主控制电路、遥控电路。主控制电路集成了ARM工控核心板、峰值保持电路、A/D转换电路、云台控制电路、USB和JTAG接口电路、电源电路。电路功能强大、稳定。电路板尺寸小、功耗低,便于系统集成,成为核工业γ相机成像功能实现的可靠基础。
Aiming nuclear industrial γ camera, the whole circuit including preamplifier circuit, master control circuit, remote control circuit is designed. The master control circuit integrates ARM industrial control kernel circuit board, pulse peak hold circuit, A/D conversion circuit, cloud terrace control circuit, USB and JTAG interface circuit, power circuit. The circuit is powerful and stable. The circuit board is minisize, low power consumption, easy to system integration, it is dependable base to achieve formation of image for nuclear industrial γ camera.
