摘要
某厂40t起重机主要负责酸洗车间内钢卷的搬运任务,日前在传动侧主梁的两端副腹板都出现了明显可见的裂纹。采用有限元技术分析了裂纹附近腹板的应力状态,利用断裂力学方法分析了裂纹形成的机理及其扩展趋势,最后提出了相应的补强措施。
A 40t-crane is mainly responsible for the steel-coil-handling in the pickling workshop. Recently, obvious cracks were found at both ends of the outside web of the driving-side main girder. This paper analyzed stress condition at the area near the cracks by FEA method. Then the mechanism of the cracks and its propagating trend were analyzed by the fracture mechanics theory. Finally, corresponding reinforcement measurements were given.
