摘要
工艺品保温杯的表面精度要求非常严格,绝不允许出现夹痕等瑕疵,针对此要求,充分利用M40X1.5内、外螺纹连接的作用,辅助加工了一个带外螺纹的轴类零件,起到专用夹具的作用;同时调整加工工序,改良工艺方法,完全避免了因掉头加工造成的夹伤现象,并大大提高了生产效率,较好地解决了生产中的实际问题。
The surface precision requirements of crafts vacuum cup are very strict, never allow clamping mark defects. This paper make use of the connection of M40X1.5 thread, auxiliary processing a shaft parts with an outer thread, it plays the role of fixture. At the same time, adjusted and improved process, completely avoided the clamp mark caused by turning processing, and greatly improved the production efficiency, solved the actual problems in production.
