A Study of Disc Slitting Process Using Finite Element Simulation

摘要 基于金属板材圆盘剪分切工艺,应用DEFORM-2D仿真软件建立了金属板材的圆盘剪分切模型,采用Oyane韧性断裂准则仿真研究了304不锈钢板材圆盘剪分切加工过程,探讨了圆盘刀轴向间隙、刃角半径、压板力、板厚等工艺参数对分切断面形貌特征的影响规律。轴向间隙是影响分切断面形貌特征的主要因素,随着轴向间隙的增大,塌角高度增大,剪切带高度减小。刃角半径对断面的塌角高度、剪切带高度影响不大,对毛刺高度影响最大,随着刃角半径增大,毛刺高度增大。压板力对断面的塌角高度、剪切带高度影响很小,对毛刺影响较大,随着压板力增大,毛刺高度有下降趋势。板厚对分切断面塌角和毛刺影响不大,对剪切带高度影响很大,随着板厚的增大,剪切带高度增大。 Aiming at the sheet metal disc slitting process, a 2D model of the sheet metal disc slitting process is established and the deformation and fracture process of 304 stainless steel sheet is simulated based on the Oyane ductile fracture criterion by using DEFORM-2D finite element analysis software. The influence law of the axial clearance between two disc cutters, disc cutter corner radius, blank holder force and thickness of sheet metal on the slitting surface topography is revealed. The axial clearance between two disc cutters has the most influence on the slitting surface topography, with the increase of the axial clearance, the rollover height increase, and the height of the shear area decreases. Disc cutter corner radius has little influence on the rollover and the shear area, and the most influence on the burr height, with increase of the disc cutter corner radius, the burr height increases. Blank holder force has little influence on the rollover and the shear area, but has most influence on the burr, with the increase of the blank holder force, the height of burr decreases gradually. Thickness of sheet metal has most influence on the height of the shear area, with the increase of the thickness of sheet metal, the height of the shear area increase , has little influence on the rollover and the burr.
