2001-2010年荆门市血吸虫病监测

Surveillance of schistosomiasis in Jingmen City from 2001 to 2010

目的掌握荆门市血吸虫病疫情,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法按照《血吸虫病防治手册》和《血吸虫病预防控制规范》开展监测工作,统计2001-2010年荆门市钉螺面积和人、畜感染率等指标,分析变化情况。结果钉螺面积在2年后反弹,2003年达到1 135.45 hm2,后逐步上升至1 700 hm2。人、畜感染率在3年后回升,2004年分别达到3.19%和8.6%,形成峰值后逐步下降。结论荆门市仍要继续实施血吸虫病分类防治、综合治理,并加强交界地区联防联控、流动人畜管理等措施。

Objective To understand the endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Jingmen City so as to provide the evidence for formulating schistosomiasis control program. Methods According to the Schistosomiasis Control Manual＂ and the ＂Schistoso-miasis Prevention and Control Practices＂, a surveillance was carried out, and the areas with Oncomelania snails, and the infec-tion rates of residents and cattle were investigated and calculated, and the changes of these indexes were analyzed. Results The area with snails was 1 135.45 hm^2 in 2003 which was rebounded from that in 2001, and gradually increased to 1 700 hm^2. The in-fection rates of residents and cattle increased and they were 3.19% and 8.6% respectively in 2004, and after that these indexes gradually declined. Conclusion The schistosomiasis classification control and comprehensive measures should still be strength-ened in Jingmen City.
