β-连环素与肿瘤的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 β-连环素最初是作为细胞粘附复合体的胞内成分被发现的。近年来有研究发现,它是Wnt信号通路的关键调控分子,具有细胞粘附和信号传导的双重作用。在Wnt信号通路异常激活导致的多种肿瘤中,β-连环素发挥着重要作用,它与肿瘤的发生、转移密切相关。
