心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽含量的临床意义分析

Relationof Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide Levels and Heart Failure

目的观察评价血浆脑钠肽水平在心力衰竭患者的诊治意义。方法选择符合心力衰竭患者78例,在抗心力衰竭治疗前后测定血浆中脑纳肽含量。结果心力衰竭患者治疗前血浆脑钠肽含量为(3750.22±815.17)pg/ml;经抗心力衰竭治疗后为(883.18±287.25)pg/ml,患者治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心力衰竭患者血浆脑纳肽水平与心力衰竭患者病情具有密切相关性。

Objective Observing relation of plasma brain natriuretic peptide levelsand heart failure. Methods Selecting 78 cases heart failure, detecting brain natriuretic peptide before and after the anti-heart failure treatment. Results Content of plasma brain natriuretic peptide in heart failure patients before treatment is （3750. 22 ± 815.17）pg/ml, after treating is （883.18 ±287. 25） pg/ml,comapring before and after treat- ment have significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Relation of plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels and heart failure is positive.
