现代医学模式下女性助理护士的精神焦虑与心理调适

The anxiety and psychological adjustment of female assistant nurses under modern medical situation

目的探讨现代医学模式下女性助理护士心理焦虑状况,以及心理调适对其的影响。方法随机抽取125名临床女性助理护士为研究对象。分别在心理调适前以及心理调适后第10天进行焦虑自评量表问卷调查,对焦虑因子评分进行统计学分析。结果女性助理护士组焦虑因子总分较国内常模组明显增高(47.3±5.96)vs(41.14±9.04),(P<0.01);轻度焦虑评分女性助理护士组明显高于国内常模组(49.1±2)vs(43.19±2.19),(P<0.05);而两组间无焦虑症状评分无显著性差异。而经过心理调适后,女性助理护士的焦虑因子总分明显低于对照组(42.24±7.14)vs(48.2±4.72),(P<0.01);心理调适组轻度焦虑评分也较对照组显著降低(40.02±1.22)vs(49.86±3.12),(P<0.01);两组间无焦虑症状评分无显著性差异。结论女性助理护士轻度焦虑情况严重;适当的心理调适对减轻助理护士在现代医学模式下的心理压力具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the anxiety condition of the female assistant nurses under modem medical situation and the influence of psychological adjustment to the anxiety. Methods One hundred and twenty-five female assistant nurses were assigned into the experiment. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale was per- formed before and 10 days after the psychological adjustment. Then the anxiety factor was analysized statistical- ly. Results The anxiety factor of female assistant nurses was significantly higher than that in the normal group （47.3±5.96）vs （41.14±9.04）, （P 〈 0.01 ）, as well as the alterations of the slight anxiety scale groups （40. 02 ±1.22） vs （49. 86 ± 3. 12）, （P 〈 0. 01 ）. But there was no difference in the non-symptomatic scale groups. After the psychological adjustment, the anxiety factor and the slight anxiety scale of female assistant nurses were significantly lower than that in controls （42. 24 ± 7.14） vs （48.2 ±4. 72）, （ P 〈 0.01 ）, （40.02 ± 1.22）vs（49. 86±3.12）, （P 〈0.01）, while again there was no difference in the non-symptomatic scale groups. Conclusion The slight anxiety of female assistant nurses was serious, and the psychological adjust- ment was necessary to relief the anxiety of female assistant nurses under modem medical situation.
