海南琼海地区健康成人血脂水平的正常参考值调查

Survey of regular reference range of lipid levels in healthy adults, of Qionghai area

目的了解海南省琼海地区健康成人血脂水平,制订临床血脂参考值范围。方法抽查琼海地区健康成人1 206例,空腹采血,分离血清,应用日本岛津CL-8000全自动生化分析仪检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG),按不同性别进行统计分析。结果1 187例的TC、TG呈正态分布,TC、TG男性高于女性,不同性别之间有显著性差异(P<0.05。本次调查的血脂水平(mmol/L)男性:TC:(4.52±1.96)mmol/L,TG(:1.25±0.90)mmol/L;女性:TC:(4.34±2.00)mmol/L,TG(:1.19±0.98)mmol/L。结论初步得到该地区不同性别的血脂水平概貌,建立了较合理的地区性血脂参考范围。

Objective To understand the lipid level in healthy adults for estanblishment of regular reference range.Methods The 1 206 healthy adults in Qionghai area were randomly chosen,3ml fasting blood was taken,serum was separated and the serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG） were determined using Japan Shimadzu-8000 automatic biochemical analysis instrument.The results were analyzed.Results The levels of TC and TG in the 1 187 cases was normal,the TC and TG levels in males were（4.52±1.96）mmol/L and（1.25±0.90）mmol/L and that in the females were（4.34±2.00）mmol/ L and（1.19 ± 0.98）mmol/L being higher in the males than that of females,showing significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion A relatively reasonable reference range of lipid levels for both sexes has been established.
