澄迈县2010～2011年医疗机构消毒效果监测

Result of inspection of sterilization in medical institutions at Chengmai County in 2010-2011

目的为加强澄迈县医疗机构消毒管理工作,有效防止医院感染和医源性感染的发生,2010~2011年对澄迈县辖区内医院进行了消毒灭菌效果监测。方法对澄迈县辖区内医疗机构消毒灭菌的物体表面、手和皮肤粘膜消毒效果、使用中消毒剂等项目进行随机抽样检测。结果共抽检1 806份,致病菌未检出,全部合格份数为1 486份。合格率分别为86.27%。其中2010~2011年县直属医疗机构合格率分别为96.63%和97.01%;个体医疗机构合格率为82.40%和83.99%。结论县直属医疗机构消毒灭菌效果总体情况良好,但个别项目如物体表面、空气、医护人员手合格率相对较差,个体医疗机构消毒灭菌效果不容乐观,需要加强对医务工作人员进行相关消毒灭菌知识的培训。

Objective To evaluate the disinfection quality of medical establishment at Chengmai County in 2010 to 2011 for prevention of nosocomial infection and the iatrogenic infection.Method Object surface,medical staff hand and skin mucosa,the use of disinfectants samples were collected and analyzed according to Technical Standard of Disinfection（2002 edition[1]） and Disinfectant Standards of Hospital Sanitation（GB15982-1995）[2].Result The qualified rate was 82.28%（1486/ 1806） and pathogenic bacteria wasn’t found.The qualified rate of immediate county medical institutions in 2010 and 2011 was 96.63% and 97.01%,respectively,whereas those of personal medical institution were 82.40% and 83.99%,respectively.Conclusion The overall situation of sterilization at immediate county medical institutions were good,but object surface,air and medical staff hands was relatively poor.Whereas sterilization at the personal medical institutions was not optimistic,which be attached more importance.The training of disinfection related knowledge for medical staff needs to be strengthened.
