浅谈实验室管理改革

Reform of Laboratory Management

实验室管理是一个庞杂的系统工程,牵涉到人、财、物的方方面面。实验室的改革需要总体规划和统筹安排,需要各个层面的共同努力。国家层面需要有合理的实验室管理、经费分配、和大型仪器使用等的制度和监督体系。学校层面上需要做到制度的细化和实施。各个实验室需要有灵活的符合自己的实验室管理制度,做到资源合理利用、培养人才、科研成果达到利益最大化。

Laboratory management is a vast and complex system engineering, involves the human, financial, and material aspects. Laboratory reform needs overall planning and co-ordination arrangements, required the joint efforts of all levels. ON national level, we need a monitoring systems to have a reasonable laboratory management, allocation of funds, and the system to use of large equipment. On school level we need refinement and implementation of the system. Each laboratory needs to have flexible management system according to their own characteristics, so that resources can be used rationally, students are trained, and more scientific research can be gotten.
