摘要 本文通过对大鼠脑部黑质致密部的微透析实验,将多巴胺添加入透析液,从透析液中多巴胺浓度,透析液流速等方面对透析效率进行了研究,对进行大鼠脑部微透析相关的实验具有一定的参考作用。 We put the microdialysis probes into the substmltia nigra pars eompaeta of rat brains, than perfused with Ringer's solution with or without dopamine. By dialysate dopamine concentration and dialysate flow rate, we studied dialysis efficiency. This experiment will be useful to the microdialysis experiments of rat brain.
