摘要
某重型工业厂房因施工原因造成吊车梁支座与下部肩梁的纵向偏差较大,需要评估其带来的影响并进行处理。采用有限元分析研究吊车梁支座偏心大小对肩梁局部受力的影响,并根据分析结果,给出了吊车梁支座纵向偏差的允许范围。对于超过允许偏差值且难以调整的,基于有限元分析结果,提出具体的肩梁加固措施。
Large longitudinal tolerance between the crane girder support and the shoulder beam occurred in a heavy-duty industrial building due to construction reasons. Therefore, the effect on the structure should be evaluated and the tolerance should be treated. The influence on the mechanical behavior of the shoulder beam due to the longitudinal tolerance of the crane girder were investigated using finite element analysis, and allowable tolerance of the support was proposed. For the crane girder difficult to move, a detailed strengthening method for the shoulder beam was put forward based on the finite element analysis result.
