摘要
三管式空间桁架钢管混凝土拱桥,截面构造简洁,可较好兼顾拱肋的横向、竖向刚度需求,具有截面形状稳定、吊杆(立柱)传力直接、施工便捷的优点。结合贵阳市花溪大桥的设计,提出了三管式截面的设计方法,分析了大桥的静力性能和极限承载力,表明大桥具有较好的刚度和安全储备;研究了拱肋管内混凝土采用泵送自密实混凝土的应用工艺,综合检测表明应用效果良好。
The cross-sectional structure of three-tube type space truss steel pipe concrete arch bridge is simple. The bridge can better take horizontal and vertical stiffness requirements of the arch rib into account, and have advantages of steady section shape, direct force transmission of suspenders (columns), and convenient const ruction. Combined with the design of Huaxi Bridge in Guiyang, this paper proposes the design method of three-tube section, analyzes static force performance and the ultimate bearing capacity of the bridge. The results show that the bridge has better rigidities and safe reserves; it is researched the technique of pumping self-compacting concrete to arch rib pipe concrete, whose comprehensive testing shows the application effect is well.
