摘要
海上风机钢结构基础由于所处腐蚀环境恶劣,防腐设计关系风机基础的安全使用。针对浅海环境风机钢结构基础的防腐设计,主要介绍其防腐设计的内容,从近海海洋环境出发,对钢结构基础进行腐蚀分区,根据不同防腐方法的适用性,对不同的部位进行针对性的综合防腐设计。
Steel structure foundations of offshore wind turbines are located in severe corrosion environment and the anti-corrosion design is related to safety and serviceability of the steel foundations. This paper mainly describes the anti-corrosion design of the steel foundations. Based on the offshore environment, the corrosion zone of steel foundations is distinguished. According to the suitability of different anti-corrosion methods, comprehensive anti-corrosion design is performed for different zones.
