摘要
WRKY蛋白是一类重要的转录因子家族,因含有高度保守的WRKY结构域而得名,主要存在于植物中。WRKY域长约60氨基酸,其靠近N-端有WRKYGQ(K/E)K基序,后面跟有1个C2H2或C2HC锌指型结构。依据WRKY结构域基本结构特征的差异,水稻WRKY家族可以分成3大类,它们通过调控生长调节物质介导的信号途径,广泛地参与调节水稻生长发育和生物与非生物胁迫应答。
WRKY proteins are a large super family of transcriptional regulators and exist mainly in plant,containing one or two conserved WRKY domains,about 60 amino acid residues with the WRKYGQ(K/E)K sequence at its N-terminal end,followed by a C2H2 or C2HC zinc finger motif.The rice WRKY genes are divided into three groups based on the diversity of the basic structure of the WRKY domains and play significant roles in development of rice and responses to biotic and abiotic stresses by regulating hormone-mediated signal pathway.
