转Cry1Ac/Sck基因大米的免疫毒理学评价 被引量:3

摘要 为观察转Cry1Ac/Sck基因大米对小鼠免疫功能的影响,将BALB/c小鼠按体重分为4组,即转基因大米组、非转基因大米对照组、AIN93G饲料正常对照组和阳性对照组,相应饲料喂养30d,比较各组小鼠免疫功能改变情况。结果显示,转基因大米组血小板数量显著低于非转基因大米对照组,但是与正常对照组无显著性差异,并且这3组血小板数量均在正常变化范围内;其他观察指标转基因大米组与非转基因大米组相比均无显著性差异;阳性对照组的各项指标,绝大多数均显著低于其他3组。表明转Cry1Ac/Sck基因大米对小鼠免疫功能的影响与非转基因亲本大米基本相同,未对小鼠免疫功能产生不良影响,因此转Cry1Ac/Sck基因大米在小鼠免疫毒理学方面的评价是安全的。 In order to observe the immunotoxicologic effects of rice genetically modified with Cry1Ac/Sck gene on mice.The Balb/c mice were divided into four groups,transgenic rice group(T group),non-transgenic rice control group(N group),AIN93G control group(C group) and positive control group(C+ group).The mice were fed with corresponding food for 30 days.The immunity indicators of mice were compared.The results showed that the platelet counts of T group were significantly lower than that of N group.But,no significant difference of platelet counts was found between T group and C group.The platelet counts of T,N and C group were all at the normal background level.No significant difference of other observing indexes was found between T group and N group.Most observing indexes of C+ group were significantly lower than that of T,N and C group.The immunotoxicologic effects of rice genetically modified with Cry1Ac/Sck gene on mice were very similar to that of non-transgenic rice,and there was no harmful effect on immune function of mice.All the results suggested that the immunotoxicologic effects of rice genetically modified with Cry1Ac/Sck gene on mice were safe.
