舰船研制项目中电磁兼容设计系统的技术成熟度评估

Technology maturity assessment of the EMC design system in the naval ships development project

针对舰船研制阶段电磁兼容技术评估这一难题,结合美军现用的装备采办项目成熟度评估方法,提出了适用于我海军舰船研制阶段的电磁兼容技术评估里程碑。在充分分析舰船电磁兼容设计系统工作层次分解结构的基础上,提出了舰船电磁兼容设计技术的成熟度评估方法,可为海军型号工程立项和研制中的电磁兼容评估工作提供参考。

Aiming at the problem of EMC technology assessment in naval ships development,this paper brings forward the EMC technology assessment milestone being adapted to the naval ships development in our country,according to the assessment of technology maturity in the weapon equipment acquisition project of the U.S.army.On the base of analysis to work breakdown structure（WBS）for EMC design system of naval ships,it gives out the assessment method of technology maturity about EMC design and provides references for EMC evaluation work in the naval ships project authorization demonstration and development.
