文章依据实验教学的"冰山学说",从人文教育的角度辨析诚信教育问题;总结了现阶段实验教学中诚信教育存在的问题和挑战,分析了实验教学中学生诚信意识缺失的原因,结合教学实践提出了加强诚信教育的策略和措施;诚信教育是对实验教学"冰山学说"的重要完善和补充,有望成为解决现阶段实验教学质量差和人才培养水平低这一教育教学改革难题的有效途径之一。

According to the experimental teaching of the ＂iceberg theory＂,from the perspective of humanistic education Discrimination integrity of educational issues;summarizes the issues and challenges the integrity of education at this stage experimental teaching,the reasons for the lack of experimental teaching high school students awareness of honesty,combined with teaching practice proposedstrategies and measures to strengthen the integrity of education;the integrity of education is to improve and supplement the experimental teaching ＂iceberg theory＂,is expected to become one of the effective waysto resolve at this stage the poor quality of experimental teaching and training of personnel to low levels of educational reform challenges.
