当前高校学生党建工作存在的问题及对策探析

当前,受到经济全球化、政治多极化、社会信息化、价值多元化等诸多因素的深刻影响,高校学生党建工作面临新的挑战,出现了一系列新的问题:学生党员入党动机不纯,功利主义取向明显;党员教育管理工作滞后,工作创新性、针对性、有效性不足;高校学生党建工作队伍整体素质不高,工作水平亟待加强等。为此,对当前高校学生党建工作的现状及存在的问题进行深入的分析与探讨,并提出科学合理的对策建议,是当前高校学生党建工作的当务之急。

At present,by the profound impact of economic globalization and political multi-polarization and social information,the value of diversification of many factors,College Students＇ Party work is facing new challenges,a series of new problems：student party members impure motives,obvious utilitarian orientation;education of Party members lag,the work of innovative,targeted,the effectiveness of less than;college students＇ Party work is not high overall quality,level of work should be strengthened.To this end,the current status of college students＇ Party work and problems of in-depth analysis and discussion,and to make scientific and reasonable suggestions,and current college students the top priority of the work of party building.
