随着社会的快速发展和就业压力的增加,大学生心理问题日益突出,由于大学生的生理、心理、思维等都处于成长过程中,对挫折缺乏全面认识,也缺乏正确的应对策略,需通过加强大学生挫折教育、引导大学生正确认识挫折、合理利用心理防卫机制等方式来促进大学生的成长。

With the rapid development of society and the increasing employment pressure,the psychological problems of college students have become increasingly prominent,due to their physiological,psychological,thinking,in the growth process,the frustrated by the lack of comprehensive understanding,lack of correct strategy.Therefore,through strengthening frustration education for college students,to guide college students to correctly recognize the setback,the rational use of psychological defense mechanism to promote the growth of college students.
